In good for intermediate powerlifter


Wednesday--deadlift 1 set x 5 RM(progression more weigth)

Friday--Deadlift-speed 10 sets x 1 rep(proression no more weigth but more speed)
with 30-45 seconds rest-sets?:confused:

I am intriqued. I am currently on a 4 day split. The first half of the week is volume and the last half of the week is high intesity/low volume. Could I do session A on my volume squat day after squats, and session B on my high intensity low volume squat day?
