I'm currently at the intermediate level and thinking of adding some conditioning training on my off days. What's your take on exercises such as pushups and bodyweight squats for conditioning purposes? Would they interfere with my weight training? I train on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. My plan would be a little conditioning (10-15 minutes) on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays). Thanks in advance for your advice.
