Anyways I am looking for a workout program. I have very little LBM but still have a high body fat. Pretty much I am unconditioned and have been on a bad diet most of my life. I am 20 years old, 6' 4" 190 lbs with > 20% body fat. I have a large waist and small chest / arms.

I figured starting strength would be a great program for me. I am just curious how I should diet. I know i should eat clean but should I try to limit calories to a certain amount? The book doesn't say much as far as diet. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

being 6'4" and 190, I would limit your calories to what ever meat, dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits and veggies you can possibly stuff into your face.
