Hey, Mark. I'm getting close to my goal of a 400lb squat. You'll see that I had some trouble getting out of the hole on my 1rm today (177kg), so I'd appreciate any feedback on my form or other suggestions. Thanks!

Your knees dropped forward 2 inches at the bottom, so your hamstrings slacked. Of course you had trouble out of the bottom. As you approach the bottom, shove your knees out to the sides and shove your ass back. This will mean that you lean over a little more to stay in balance.
