Hey Coach,

Here are my 3 squat work sets from yesterday. I tried to get a different angle for each set.

After watching the video, I think you were right about me switching to a stance that is too wide. I've also changed my grip recently and I'm not sure if it's in the right position for a low bar squat. During those 3 sets the hardest part was keeping the weight on my back despite the pain in my wrists. I don't know how to eliminate that pain since my elbows are pulled back and my wrists stay straight, from what I can tell. Right now, if I press along my back, the muscle on top of the prominence on my scapula is sore, so that's where the bar was sitting yesterday. Here's a video of my grip. The second grip is a bit higher on my back:

Here's a set of presses:

And the first and last set of power cleans:

I included two sets of power cleans because it seems like each clean is a little different, because I'm only able to keep one thing in my mind at a time ("straight elbows," "hit the jumping position," "stomp my feet").

I appreciate any feedback. Thanks.

You're balanced forward a little on your toes when you squat. And the cleans are consistently pulled out around your knees off the floor. Raise your hips and keep the bar back in a vertical path.
