I have to say...I have just reread the squat chapter in SS for around the 10th or 11th time and I am still picking up things I've failed to pay attention to. In that regard, I can't thank you enough for the great amount of PRACTICAL and APPLICABLE detail that you have addressed relevant to proper and efficient movement.

Particularly figure 2-21 along with the write up on wrist alignment. I am about four months into training intermediate (Texas method) and the amount of tension I can create within my torso with the proper alignment is astonishing (obviously leading to an exceptional increase in weight that I can move.)

Again, thank you for your dedication and the opportunities you have provided to further my own understanding of strength training.
