Why do you like to put the 5RM DL on Monday and the Cleans across on Friday? With the squat and Press X RM attempts on Friday, shouldn't the DL X RM set go on friday as well?

For me, my 5RM DL attempt on monday was crappy after the heavy 5x5 squats. On the bright side it definitely disrupted homeostasis.

It can be done both ways. Use the one that works best for you. But it's going to suck either way.
