Hello Coach,

Im having some form issues.
At first, my lower back was rounding. I fixed that by dropping weight and working back up.

Now, i have trouble keeping my chest up, which is leading back into the lower back rounding. Im also having issues keeping the chest up during deadlift. How can i fix this?

Also, im having touble keeping my core tight while squatting. What can i do to improve on this?

Look up the Greyskull Barbell club, just south of philly. Johhny P will get your squat fixed in no time.

Thanks Rip. I started taking your advice on eating a hell of a lot more than 3000 cals. Now, im 165 lbs and increasing. Back at my weight before myspace abs attempt and still pretty lean.
