Hello Coach,
Im having some form issues.
At first, my lower back was rounding. I fixed that by dropping weight and working back up.
Now, i have trouble keeping my chest up, which is leading back into the lower back rounding. Im also having issues keeping the chest up during deadlift. How can i fix this?
Also, im having touble keeping my core tight while squatting. What can i do to improve on this?
