Coach Rip,
What are your go to hip mobility drills for people with tight hips? I particularly have a hard time with internal femoral rotation, with external femoral rotation taking a close second.

Every time I teach someone to squat as per Starting Strength, they are always amazed to find that they have muscles they never knew existed!
I find box squats with a wider stance than your normal squat to be a wonderful tool to open up the hips, I use these on the Texas Method light day, and I always feel great afterwards.

If you subscribe to the CF journal Kelly Starrett posted a great couple videos on opening up tight hips. Definitely worth watching.
