Rip,
Do you have any experience with trainees with a ruptured long head of the biceps tendon. My right one let go recently and I will probably have it surgically repaired. Because they will attach the tendon to the humerus instead of the labrum, I will lose the biceps function in glenohumeral stability. Any experience or advice for rehab and returning to training? Thanks.
