My wife asked me what I wanted for Christmas and the first thing that popped into my mind is your recent DVD. I do have one question regarding it. I am deaf as a post and wear hearing aids...is your DVD closed captioned? Thanks much.
BTW, back on SS after 6 months on Crossfit...wish I had never stopped SS...am going straight to TM after stopping with progression on SS this time.
