Hey coach,

I started SS about 15 months ago and I tested my 1RM for all my lifts for the time this past weekend.

Would you mind taking a look at my 1RM Squat form? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x9VrC0ntoyI.

I have two questions. How is my depth? The camera angle is tilted down so it makes it hard to tell- my training partner thought it was good but I think it might be high. Also, is my stance too wide? I get groin pain intermittently which I'm guessing is due to this

Btw, here is my final numbers after starting SS. It worked better than expected.
Start: 125 lbs
Lifts: embarrasingly weak

Now: 160 lbs
Lifts: Squat- 365
Deadlift- 475
Bench- 200
Press- 130

It doesn't look high. Looks strong, and looks like you've done pretty well. Now we just need to get you Big.
