This one is shaping up to have some big time lifters in attendance. And many are in the same boat as the rest of you, lifting Starting Strength style for the first time.

This also looks to be the only time in 2010 we'll be hitting these parts of the west coast so if this region is convenient for you, now would be the time to join us.

Can't wait to be back in Cali and finally get to meet Rip, all his staff, and most importantly try to soak in as much as possible that huge amount of knowledge that will be available to us during the week end!
