Hi coach
Could you please give me some insight with form?

Squat:

What i can see is my lower back is rounding at the bottom i think it may be due to going to low? Does everything else look ok?

Having trouble findinging grip. First set is a wider grip with straight wrists. Is this right?
Or is this second vid better wrist and position

Besides slow racking elbows does the start position look good? Been having a bit of trouble getting in a good starting position.

Your low back is not rounding an appreciable amount in this squat. Looks pretty good, actually. A bit light, perhaps. Your cutting off your ROM on the 2nd-5th reps, and you need to stare at the wall to stabilize your gaze direction. I can't tell anything about your grip. The cleans looked light too, and that perhaps you were looking straight down instead of forward.

Yes the weights are still light as i was unsure about form but i guess its all good and ill go up!

I take it the clean starting position was acceptable apart from looking down? (Just want to make sure as its the thing that i have had trouble with for a long time)

Also regarding the ROM i believe you were talking about presses?

Mate i finally convinced my brother to sign up yesterday and i must not have logged out from it which is why i accidentally posted under his name...

Anyway thank you for your input mate cant wait to get back up to my original numbers
