In mine it is definitely by a mile,

Bro.

Sorry to hijack the thread a bit but this is one of the things that I heard in the course of working at the Harvard Business School fitness center the past year and a half.

I overheard the following conversation: in response to someone saying "That's why this town doesn't like HBS students" another student proclaims: "It's OK, we'll own all of them in the future anyways". Oh the arrogance.

Yeah, I second that. It's usually said during the '2 man bench press'. You know - where 1 guy is doing partial rep bench presses and the other guy is doing upright rows.

"Get your ass back like Kevin Bacon!"* **

*Reference to the movie Where the Truth Lies, in which Kevin Bacon gets railed by a dude that catches him in the act with a chick in his hotel room.

Don't get too many "bro's". People around these parts say "brah". As in "you gotta do your barbell curls brah." And "that's all you brah."

One I get asked all the time, especially by the old guys, is "that doesn't hurt your back?" My reply is usually "a little."

In a funny Flight of the Concords scene their manager says, "How much do you press?" But makes a curling motion.

In my gym the other day I saw one douchebag call another douchebag a douchebag. This happens often.
