...at home with a bowl of love it size ice cream from Cold Stone Creamery - chocolate devotion. Great way to end the day after ice skating for three hours with my daughter's swim team. It's funny, in a way, to see a bunch of athletes that spend a great deal of their time competing in a non-weight bearing sport, get out on ice skates. Such carnage...

I went to sleep at 5PM on NYE, and woke up at 1AM; misseed the fireworks. Ate some leftover Pizza my brother bought and started training. What better way could there be to ring in the new year?
Dammit, I love having a home gym!

Went to a single's party for NYE here in downtown TO. Was alright. Got a number; let's see if it translates to something non-ebriated.

Happy new years all. I just got home a great time at a buddie's little party acros town. Lots of liquor, friends, beautiful women (some Seattle Seahawks Seagals too), good times, and memories. The year might have had alot of things that went for the worse, but I thank God for it regaurdless. I wish everyone the best, now let's tackle those goals and be better, stronger people this year.

I spent a quiet evening at home, after a workout in which I finally hit triple digits in the squat (for 3 sets of 5). So 2009 ended with my getting a 100-pound squat (yesterday) & 100-pound deadlift (Monday). :)
The only thing that would make today better would be if we'd get enough snow for x-c skiing. (And if my house would magically clean itself....:D)

Snow shoeing at night under a full moon for almost three hours at Golden Gate Canyon SP (Colo). It kind of put the kibosh on lifting weights today, but that is the plan for tomorrow, and I just rec'd the Starting Strength DVD for inspiration.
12 Bass Ale's, 1 and 1/2 large (ish) pizzas, Half a dozen eggs and a quart of milk. Shoulder is getting better , thank god the stomach still works...... Happy New year!

I spent the past 22hours or so wishing I had the ability to puke.
It is a skill that I lost as a toddler. And is the reason why I should never ever drink solely Absinthe, Whisky & Rum.

Nice combo there. ;) Don't worry. The "Fuck that shit!!!" response to that option will develop after you do it enough times.

Thats just the thing, I only ever drink once or twice a year at friends house parties.
I spent the whole of today like I was on my deathbed, I think hitting the hard spirits was something to do with me avoiding carbs/sugar in wine & beer.
