The program works and its fun. Plus, I like the (majority) of the posters here...even Msingh was good for laughs. I also like how I can get feedback from all levels of lifters, from the person just starting to the vets who post huge numbers.

Only a little over a month in and i'm already hitting PR's at every workout.
Yeah, I love it.

Thats the idea. Proper stimulus and recovery will facilitate increased strength every single time, it's when those gains stop, that's when it gets tricky. Enjoy the progress!

SS is a curse. It's the first real program you use, it's insanely productive, and then you leave it. I've spent the rest of my lifting career trying to find a program so good :P Just doesn't happen.

Works great, love it, And even getting friends to start it as of late. Hopefully it gets to be enough that Rip will do a seminar up here in Canada one day.

I love GOMAD too. It is so easy. Drink 1 gallon of milk a day and do 3 exercises/day 3 days/week.
I have watched videos on youtube and looked at pics on bodybuilding.com of skinny guys' "transformations" where they gain 10 lbs of muscle in 6 months and I just think what the hell? The funny thing is they are probably spending a ton on supplements and spending 2-3 times longer in the gym.
Also, after learning about SS and generally what works and what doesn't work, I have to add exercise to the list of things I find it difficult to talk to people about because there are so many myths and misconceptions out there.
There are people I have talked to who think my approach of SS+GOMAD is a mistake. I'll let the results speak for themselves.
