I was a competitor for 10 years, so I followed several. I wrote about a few of them in PPST.

As for our little community here, I agree.

ha ha ha

I thought Ripp would be pissed if I had a blurry pic of him up AND the tough quality of the audio

I hope Ripp finds it in ym heart to forgive me, ha ha

I still know that people love the info on the audios, the cry babies are 1 out of 100 and complain about not being able to hear him

the knowledge is awesome that Ripp dishes out

been gettin lots of good feedback on the interview

BIG thnx to Coach Ripp for giving up his time for the audio

70's big...The genuine article.

Hit home with me. My hockey coach and gym teacher didn't teach us dick about barbells. Gym was all about machine work with intramural sports. My hockey coach had us pounding pavement for far too long. It was common to run 5 miles in an off-ice practice. I never questioned him publicly, but I always felt that endurance work wasn't the greatest practice for a fast-paced sport. Most of my hockey team was JV for four years, except for the natural goal scorers. Now with the prime of my hockey career behind me I found SS:BBT and PP:ST. .

You're right that the audio was rough, but it was a great interview. Thanks for making it.

Great interview Rip. Whenever a new one comes up I sit down and listen to it with a big plate of BBQ, coleslaw and biscuits. I'm never dissapointed.
Happy New year old man.

same here. soccer coach was an ex-pro, and just hammered us with what he got hammered with. what a shame..

Coach,

I'm real excited to see those upcoming video interviews. The wealth of information thats being collected on here is an asset for my, and I'm sure everyones, continued training. Are you accepting requests for interview subjects? I could name Dan John, Dr. Fredrick Hatfield and maybe a few others. Also, it'd be neat for you to interview Mike Boyle and hear him defend his views on the efficacy of the back squat.

Thanks,
Dan

I am doing the interviews here in WF, so The guys that get interviewed will have to like me well enough to travel here. This prolly leaves out Boyle, and I don't know Hatfield.
