Okay, so I found out I have SI Joint Dysfunction. I saw an orthopedic surgeon and he gave me a few stretches and I looked around on the internet and found the same.
But the problem is that it all seems to be for sedentary people. I've done it all for months and it does nothing but temporarily reduce pain. It doesn't help an individual who routinely puts 350+ pounds on his back.
So, have you got any advice for a very active athlete for helping SI Joint problems?
