I have some experience in weight training, but my progress and weight gain hasn't been good enough for me, so I've decided to start the famous Starting Strength program. In addition to my gym membership, I'm also taking a morning weight training class in school... basically the coach lets us lift however we want, as long as we're doing something. However, because of a shorter schedule this year, undressing/dressing, attendance, warm up jog and all that, not every day would be long enough to finish an "A" or "B" workout. Let's say I'm doing an "A" day and I only have time to do the squats (yeah, sometimes our classes are ridiculously short)... would it be fine to do the bench and deadlift 6-10 hours later at the gym, assuming proper warm up for everything? Or would spacing out the lifting that much affect me negatively somehow?
