Will doing alternative grip contiuously cause the unbalance of the body?
How about changing grip per every workout?

On a related note, Coach, I went to deadlift 405 yesterday. I had no trouble getting it up. I had no trouble keeping my posture, but the weight was slipping out of my hands. My forearms were burning like hell after it. My question, Coach, is what exercises would you recommend for greater grip strength? I'm not looking to crush a potato in my hand or anything similar. I'm just looking to be able to hold onto the barbell when I'm deadlifting. Thanks in advance Coach.

You don't think that doing something that is already taxing your grip will improve it?

On a related note, SEARCH FUNCTION.

I apologize. I didn't know you could search the forums.

You need a new and prominent message/sticky somewhere indicating people should search before posting. Most people seem not to =-\

I undoubtedly would assume it would. Any load that causes my forearms to burn badly will cause some improvement. But, I was hoping for specific exercises to increase my failing grip strength.

I would've appreciated it. Honestly, I didn't know there was a search function on this forum, and I'm sure some people don't even know forums can be searched!

Back to the my original reply, I searched "Grip" and found this:
"[4] Static holds with a heavy barbell
[3] Farmer's walks
[5] Gripper work
[6] Some kind of pinch grip work
[2] Fat bar work"

So, I'll be using that as a guideline for the time being. Thanks Coach.
