Good day coach rippetoe, i have a question which i hope you can help.
Lets say now my workouts have reached 'high intensity' for every session, meaning no more of first few weeks of 'honeymoon' period and last reps are struggling. And i found out that a part of an exercise(e.g squat) form is wrong and plan to fix it next session by doing it correctly, do i continue to use the linear progression weight or i need to minus some weight and start from there to slowly load up again for correct form?
I've search the forum and can't find anything related. Thanks!
