After 4 months of SS without cleans, I finally was able to rack them (albeit with sloppy technique) today. I had been shrugging the shoulders fully on previous attempts but wasn't bringing them forward as well. I picked up that point from one of your answers reading MOMG at the laundromat on Sunday. In SS you mention aiming the shoulders at the bar but I kept forgetting to do so while training. So thanks for the tip, it's made the difference between elbows slightly down and unable to even get even one finger on the bar to straight elbows with two fingers on the bar.

MOMG is a great book and everybody should buy it. The answers are in SS but I find I'm absorbing lots of little tidbits of useful information in MOMG when I don't have time to reread the detailed chapters in SS. Thanks to the good job on the editing it's also easy to mine through and find stuff that doesn't come up often in the online search results.

Thanks again for the work in your books and on the forum.

Yes. This is the only book that covers Cropdusting.

Guilty.

Having a 5-year old son has renewed my appreciation of the simple comedy of anything fart-related.

On that note, would farting under a blanket in Texas be considered a Dutch Oven, or a Covered Wagon?
