Ill put the photo up in the daytime.

But contents are as follows, most of the volume weight is just my bike stuff.

A t-shirt & shorts.

Bottle of water.

An exercise band
for warm ups or rotator cuff work. just leave it in bag its so small

A tennis ball
for myofascial release/self massage. again, just leave it in back. Use it rarely.

Some seat belt lifting straps.
used them for playing with clean/high pulls, I had the idea of breaking of power cleans into parts to learn them better. But have now abandoned idea since beginning starting strength just recently.

An army surplus gore-tex jacket.
In case it rains on way home

Bike Lock
For bike!

Pen & Paper
For logging weights lifted

Adistar Lifting shoes
I have only used them once, decided I do not like them for squatting, aiming to learn to front squat soon though

Just added pics. On this particular day I decided to use swim speedo's under my shorts to hold my balls out of the way for power cleans. It worked, but somehow my penis still got a beating.

What do you use that for?

As a longtime carpenter and dirt bike racer, street biker...my wrists have been thru hell, and I can't even curl a straight bar without a lot of pain, so I use this for pressdowns, cable curls, and sometimes behind head presses. As you see here, at home it's a chinning/pullup rig.

Aquasocks? That some kind of perspirant absorbers or blood soakers?
I don't see how you guys get your belts in your bags along with clothes...unless you use those little BB belts. I just sling mine over the shoulder.
I like the clinking of the buckle...sort of a premonition of clanking plates!

I like the clinking of the buckle...sort of a premonition of clanking plates! The aquasocks are just like slippers but more breathable. They just have a very low sole so good for doing max effort DL's on the platform.

As for my belt, my bag is pretty big and I just roll it up tight since it's well broken in. It fits fine.
