I have in place Barbell w/400lbs of plates, Power Rack, TRX, Sandbags, Kettlebells, Power Ab Wheel, Perfect Pull and Push-Up apparatus. My last purchase will be either Dumbbells (Iron Master) or GHR (York or Elifts) which would be the better purchase and Why? Thanks for your time!!

Depends entirely on your square footage, experience, and needs yeah?
With that said, I think you'd gain more functionality out of a DB set than a GHG unit

You may not actually need dumb bells unless you want to do a lot of dum bell specific exercises.
You can do single arm presses or curls with a barbell.
Most of the little fiddly corrective exercise normally done with dumb bells actually works a lot better with bands.

I,m 60, retiring from the CPD (Chicago Police Dept.). Although with lapses have been training since the age of 15 (Karate Instructor, Asst. Golf coach at local H.S., Manager of a Park District Traveling Baseball Team and Weight Training). I'm 5'9" 175lbs. In good physical condition. Except for Strength Training all the rest are behind me. Goals are to be as strong, flexible and cardio fit as this aging body will let me.
I am running out of space in my home gym and plan to work primarily with Squats, Dead Lifts, Bench Press and Presses and work the other equipment for a change of pace and to keep boredom from setting in. The reason I brought up the GHB, to strengthen my posterior chain, that would help in Squats and Dead Lifts so I can be as strong as I need to be (Up to the Mark) for as long as the Good Lord lets me. Thanks for your help and I'll go with the DB's.

I have the York GHD. It's a quality item. And I can do dips on the front handles too.
