I know you guys aren't experts on form, but I just wanted to check up in a less formal atmosphere before fine-tuning things with Rip (he kind of intimidates me lol).

Solid. I'd keep the 10kg linear progression going until your form starts to deteriorate.

I'm not sure I've ever seen anyone fire the calves at the top like that. XD

You could do with a slightly wider stance, but apart from that, looks fine to me.

I normally do more weight, but when I was putting on the straps my date was touching my hands and it gave me butterflies, lol ;)
