Thank you for cleaning this up, IGX lite is not what we signed up for here. There are more than enough places for Crossfit bashing, what this thread could be useful for is to have an un-moderated conversation on ways to improve(?) Crossfit, or alternate modes of training that might be more useful.

Is milk just another flavour of Koolaid :)

Yes. Of course, this was patently denied and later changed to redirect back to IGX. Of course, being redirected to porn shouldn't really bother you if you hang out at IGX for a while.
