Forward to 2:30 and also 5:15. You see the elbow adjustment that is described and subsequently performed? Do any of you guys do that?

I'm thinking about trying it and seeing how it feels.

Thoughts?

Don't have sound on my computer at home right now. Can't hear what he's saying.

pretty sure that if you grip the bar how it's shown in SS that this takes care of itself. with a really light weight, try gripping with internally rotated hands and flaring your elbows. i haven't tried it, but i don't think it's going to be comfortable.

Interesting video. I'm going to give that a try Friday, and see what it feels like.

Agree completely about the elbow flare out, echos SS. The 5 degree elbow correction prior to beginning the press is true and helpful for anyone screwing up the starting position, though I think it can lead people to correcting excessively. If you listen to the bar the same thing can be found out.

Like the fact he explains the bench press is full body.

That must interfere with your porn viewing. Better get that sorted out.
