My girlfriend made this for me today (she calls it the tripple oinker)
Tripple Threat:
10 eggs
Package of bacon
Package of Sausage
Flat cut ham
Ready made crust (if you don't know how to make one yourself)
scramble the eggs in a bowl
Pan fry the sausage and bacon
Chop sausage, bacon, and ham into small pieces
Place the crust in a large pie pan
Poor in meats
Poor in eggs
Bake (425?)
When you can stab the middle with a knife and it comes out clean you can eat it... It's good with salsa or hot sauce on it.

If you don't propose to this woman, I suspect many guys here will.

I'm not sure whether that's true love or murder, but either way I want to eat that food.

Freeman,
Do you have an insurance policy, and does the girlfriend know about it? ;)
That sounds fucking amazing though. I'd eat that out of a trough and love every second of it if I wasn't such a fat fucker.

If you ate nothing but that meal day after day, you' be as lean as you'd ever wanna be, and your arteries would be as clear as the day you were born

Except that the bacon and sausages most likely have MSG and other chemicals.

Dangers of said chemicals are likely highly over-estimated

People are down on MSG because a lot of people have allergic reactions to it, not because it's all that "bad" for you (besides the sodium, which is "bad"). If you don't have an allergy to it, feel free to dump it on everything. It makes things more tasty. Scientifically proven.

Wow, I did not know this. I just looked it up and it appears to be true.
They sell bagfuls of MSG at all my local grocery stores. Perhaps I should test myself with some.
Or just get some food that has MSG in it, that might be a cheaper way to check than buying a bag that would useless if you were allergic. A lot of brands of ramen have it in their flavor packets. But, yeah, if you're not allergic, it's probably no worse than salt, and you don't need more than a pinch for a dish serving four. But the key thing is that a lot of people react to it, so don't use it in dishes you're sharing unless you know it's cool.

I was thinking the same thing. You'd have a nice pork quiche then. Yeah bitches, I like to eat quiche! :D
Did you eat the entire thing in one sitting? That would be an amazing feat!

MSG is very very cheap. probably equivalent to 80cents for a packet.
I know flavour sachets in thing like noodles have msg. But I thought it might be interesting to do a full on scientific allergy test with pure MSG.
I read that MSG can aggrevate peoples asthma (a problem I have) if I start eating MSG in food any negative symptoms would be difficult to identify. And might not happen for a while.

That's a good question and relevant to the comment I was going to make...
I've been impressed with the Perkins Hearty Man breakfast. Have to add a couple eggs though as it only comes with 2, but also has 2 slices bacon, 2 sausage links, 1 sausage patty, 1 kilbasa, and 3 large pancakes. ~2000 calories?? Not really something I should be eating, but pretty nice!

I usually go half on the meal when she cooks it (I eat half of it with two large glasses of whole milk)...
She is a great woman.
You guys want me to keep posting her food stuffs on here... She's got quite a few meals that are in our Strata of things, because, to be honest with you, I've never been so supported in my pursuit of something (lifting big/gaining weight) in my life!
