Moist Heat/Right Shoulder: 10 Minutes

* I was slated to hit 3 singles here, but shoulder were killing me. Only seems to happen on Mondays for some reason.

Thanks Charles... I'll be interested to see how the Back Squat linear progression works for you, combined with your Oly lifts. I'm using linear progression a-la SS,for strength, but have begun adding Sn and C&J as warmups/technique, in prep. for Masters OLY meet in Apr.

Thanks Mike- I do find that when I'm in periods of high volume squatting (meaning in this case, sets of 5) I do notice a slight reduction in speed on the O-lifts, but it quickly returns after a short period of less squatting volume
