Decent overall. You could stand to be tighter at the bottom, but that may come with more practice.

EDIT: In other words, make the last 4 reps just like the 1st one.

Thanks a lot for the quick reply.

I'll try to get videos frequently, if you don't mind constantly seeing me.

pretty good, but I think "knees out" needs more emphasis.

(I was terrible at this when figuring it out) Just try as hard as you can to split the crotch of your pants when lowering yourself down.

How can you tell from that angle that he needs to put his knees out more?

+1 Jason B

Who can you tell? Is it the right knee or left?

I think Nisora33 was spot on. Keep lifting and things will get tighter on the bottom. More mental focus - good job man!

I think your descent is too speedy and is causing your knees to move around and sometimes come forward at the bottom. Other than that, most other things look okay. Good depth, good balance, lumbar extension, etc...

TomC - Yeah, I noticed that. I think that comes with the tightness and control. I'll keep it in mind next time. Thanks.

The way the knees continue to travel forward right to the bottom suggests the knees out technique is not being applied.

Knees should reach their final position during the first part of the squat.

I don't believe that conclusion can made from that video. The knees can be out and perfectly in line with the toes, yet still travel foward.
