I'm Luke: 29, 5'11", around 95kg, and I'm an Aussie but live in England.
Here are how my numbers have gone so far over three weeks:
Squat: 85kg, 90kg, 95kg, 100kg, 100kg, 102.5kg, 102.5kg, 105kg, 107.5kg
Press: 52.5kg, 55kg (missed 2 reps), 55kg (missed 1 rep), 55kg (missed a lot of reps! 4,3,3)
Bench: 70kg (easy), 75kg (failed + pain), 70kg (easy), 72.5 (easy), 75kg
Power Cleans: 65kg, 67.5kg, 70kg, 72.5kg
Deadlift: 135kg, 140kg, 145kg (slow), 145kg (back rounding), 147.5kg (slow and poor form)

Moved house.
Was wondering how I'd fit my workout in but I'm glad now that I didn't bother. Lifting heavy things up and down stairs all day was enough for me.

Decided I'm going to switch to chins and pullups instead of power cleans for a while. Clearly chins are something I need to work on!

Bench 80kg 3x5 (missed last rep. Putting this down to being hungry and tired. Will still add weight next week)
Deadlift 1x5 130kg (reset weight as started too high)

Dude you hit 117.5 on the squats. Good effort. I fucked up my bench at 82.5- sick and form was a little shitty. Hit 55x3x5 on the press today. Yew!

Nice pressing. I've never gotten past 55kg for 3 sets. I'm trying to microload from 50kg to get past it, only problem is the smallest plates in the gym are 1kg each. I could do with two .5kg plates
...or ideally, two .625kg plates! ...ie to be able to add 1.25kg at a time

Go to magnet mart or bunnings. Get some big ass washers that are slightly larger than the barbell size. Weigh one, and drill holes out of it to make it the desired weight. Should fit snug and with a pair of scales and enough holes, you'll have an accurate microweight. If thyre light, glue them together and then drill.Spraypaint black, and get strong!!
Yeah I find press has a significant correlation with bodyweight. I weighed in at 98kg when I pressed 55. Try increasing your food intake?

Going to stop benching and press 3x a week for a while. Will see if drastically improving my press over a few weeks will help stop the shoulder pain I get from benching.

Finally squats have become TOO FUCKING HEAVY.
This exhausted me. Had trouble keeping the bar still on my back, and struggled walking back into the rack. I'm worried about my form too so think I may need a reset before things get worse. Will see how I feel Friday.
Don't know what happened on the press. Exhaustion from squats probably.
Was also too tired for deadlifts. Will do this Friday.
Bummed.

3 wheels bro! gratz. don't be bummed you did awesome. You also got first set of wheels on the press. Next time you'll get that for 5 easy, just rest it up sufficiently

Cheers mate. Yeah just didn't feel great yesterday. All this food is giving me stomach issues (and bowel issues!) and couldn't drink my milk at lunchtime. Had 1L on the way to the gym! I missed that last rep of squats as I thought I was gonna vom.
...but also was absolutely exhausted.
Also had someone working in with me on the squat rack. He then questioned if anyones ever look at my form as it is terrible. ...bar is way too low on my back and I'm leaning forward too much. I then wasted time explaining that is was a low bar squat. He looked at me like I was an alien. But then to be fair he did go and google it on the gym pc.
I still think I may need a reset though, as I'm also questioning my depth. I regularly get someone to watch my sets and shout when I hit parallel, but I'm not convinced they know what I'm after.
Got no way of videoing so may have to squat in front of the mirror once to see?

missed Friday as work was too busy and I was too tired and hungry. I knew I needed the break.
Monday
Squat 120kg 3x5
decided to do a reset as Ive been increasingly worried about depth. Today I set the rack up in front of the mirror. Turns out my depth has been poor!
120kg felt hard. Think I've been far too trusting in the 'guys at the gym' getting them to watch my depth. Glad I did this now before it went on any longer. Will work back up and get past my current max ..WITH FULL DEPTH!
Press 60kg 3x4 damn those last reps!
