I started bench at 115x5x3

In three weeks worth of sessions I've only gone up 5lbs to 120.

In your years training have you come across people that are just plain bad at bench no matter how good they are at other lifts? If so, can you think of any common physical attributes those people shared?

Or am I just being a pussy?
