Marrow

Marrow is so delicious. I love buying chicken legs in bulk, and eating the marrow makes me feel like I am getting everything I can out of it. Does anyone else here just love crunching through the bone and sucking out the marrow?

I tried this several times, but the marrow does not want to come out. Have to chew the bone right up into bits to get any out. Hardly seems worth it.

I like to suck the marrow out of a leg of lamb. :-D

Goat marrow is also good (as is the rest of the goat). They* also sell marrow spoons, for those of you looking for a more efficient way to get the marrow out.

I will have to look into beef marrow and goat marrow. They sound awesome.
