Brief background about me:

I'm a fairly decent lifter. I've been through SS, and later graduated to Rip's Texas Method. Got pretty good with my lifts, did a few PL meets, generally had a good time. I decided to focus more on power cleans and power snatches for the last 6-8 months because I didn't like the way that I was
feeling doing just slow power-lifting style training.

Well...I've gotten to where I really like the olympic lifts (at least the power variations), and would like to start competing in them. I just don't really know where to start. So here are my questions:

1) What would be a good, beginner's olympic lifting program for me to follow?
2) Where can I find info on local meets? I live just outside of Nashville, TN and haven't been able to find anything in my state much less my local area.

Thanks for your time.
