Decided to keep a log on here so it doesn't get lost, beginning 3rd week of SS

Tues: 3/30/10
Squat 165x3x5 (watch form + 5lb increases)
Bench 110x3x5
Deadlift 205x3x5 (use 10lb. increases + mixed grip)

Age: 15
Weight: 165ishlbs on suspect broken scale, up from 150lbs on broken scale
Height: 5' 9"

Nice dude, here's to seeing big gains from your time on linear progression.
My name's Josh too, and the first title I thought of when starting here was "Josh's Log." So now we got a couple of those - guess it was only a matter of time, haha. Anyway good luck, eat big and lift bigger.

Power Clean 65x5x3 (really need to get form down)

Felt like i was going to throw up by the end of my cleans. Maybe it was the turkey dinner from last night coming up, maybe it was working out at 6am on an empty stomach. Don't do it again.

Squats flat out sucked. Had a sharp pain in my left shoulder that prevented me from squatting. Only happened on the work set though. Maybe i should fool with my grip.

Bench was heavy.

Deadlift maybe i wasn't warmed up from squats, maybe i warmed up too much on deadlifts and i probably should have used mixed grip. Need to watch my form on the way down.
