Yesterday 2 hours pre workout - A Hungryman microwave meal with 1100 calories :)

Lunch - 2 Footlong hotdogs "Hound Dogs" with back bacon and cheese. Mustard for flavour. Split a large fry with the wife and had my first pop in weeks, a can of Dr.Pepper.

Dinner - 3 Chicken breast burgers on 1 bun.

Hopefully I get atleast a 4/10 for that effort.

2 Litres of whole milk (3.25% Homo milk is the closest I can get in Canada) Working up to 4 Litres...

I'm 6'2" 245 at the moment, 22% BF been lifting for 3 months now and getting bigger and stronger every day!

Haha it was a last hurrah...a big cheat day if you will.

I have since really tightened up my diet. Keeping the protein and calories at the right level to make good gains.

I was just trying the whole 70's big eating for a while...just not for me.

Why would his heart care if he's training? I hope you're not one of those cholesterol/saturated fat haters. ;)

Bomb - eat more veg! :D
Also hotdogs are grim. Stop eating them.

Jesus invented vitamins so that we don't have to eat vegatables if we don't want to.

Mr. City...Jesus also gave us Raisin Bran.

And gave us Fiber Therapy powder.

And those bears from Charmin gave us soft butt wipes.

The food I eat eats vegetables, I don't want to end up on someones table. Okay but seriously they're good and way better for you in food form than vitamin.

Rorschach - If your going to talk about hotdogs that way at least say "Earmuffs" before hand so i can block it out.

A hungryman, footlongs and homo milk.

This reeks of ambiguity.
