Put bacon on hot surface.
Add brown sugar.
Turn bacon over when ready.
Add more brown sugar.
Cook thoroughly.
Eat.
The sugar makes the bacon sticky and chewy. Tastes like...or rather is, bacon candy.

I occasionally do this for the bacon in my BLT's, but it is godly when chopped into thick pieces and put on a wedge salad.

I was out for bourbon and dessert at a place here in Portland a few weeks ago, and I got a dessert that came with bacon ice cream. I figured it would be novel, at least, although I wasn't sure how good it would really be. I needn't have wondered, though--fucking amazing. Moral: if you see bacon ice cream, eat it, so you can die happy.

What's the name of the place? Might get in the mood to drive a few hours south for some bacon ice cream.

Wow, you're an animal. The place is called Acadia, and it's on NE Fremont Street, around NE 13th, give or take.
They have a phenomenal bourbon selection, and although I didn't order dinner, my companions did, and there seemed to be some high-quality, seafood-heavy creole type stuff. Not bad for a nice night out if you're in PDX for a little getaway or what have you.

Chocolate covered bacon. It's been mentioned on these forums before. Supposed to be delicious. I would make it with bitter chocolate personally.

There are a couple of clubs in Atlanta that do caramelized bacon, like the OP suggested. If it's a wedding, they'll often have the caramelized bacon stacked like lincoln logs into neat little cabins. I can eat 20 or 30 slices over the course of a couple hours.

A donut covered in maple frosting and topped with bacon. Voodoo Doughnut (http://www.voodoodoughnut.com/) in Portland, Oregon
I myself feel it needs more bacon. Maybe bake it with bacon inside it?

This place is just a couple blocks away from my work. They make a pretty good donut, although a lot them are fuckin' weird--purple frosting with Froot Loops on top, for example; and then there's the ever-popular Cock and Balls donut, which is, naturally, cream-filled. When Voodoo first opened, they had a donut with Pepto Bismol in it, and another one with NyQuil, but they were forced to discontinue them, since they had drugs in them. A Portland classic.
