Just wanted to share this with those who enjoy the sport as much as I do. I saw this video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pI07HG9C2eM) some time ago and I remember thinking to myself "Self, that is one bad motherfucker".
He smokes the piss out of what was on the bar, bar looks like it racks a bit "off" and he may have got a little vasovagal syncope, regains himself, and proceeds to smoke the piss out of the jerk. All with 484 lbs on the bar. It defies logic and by doing so, is completely awesome.
