Just saw this and was going to post it, thanks for saving me the trouble! I must confess that I have never put forth so much effort into a lift that I spewed. Someday maybe... lol

But...but...his gear was doing all the work, wasn't it?!
Sorry.
I'll behave.

I'm not sure if i'm more impressed with the lift, or the sheer velocity and distance covered by the vomit. I think he hit the judge!

Yeah, he came on PLWatch and reported that he got the judge Garry Franks on the pants.

" the sheer velocity and distance covered by the vomit"
It's not that impressize, at least half the distance is from the gear.
My kid beat that distance once at age 5. We thought his head was going to spin 'round next, and he'd start talking backwards in Latin.

Its a bit sad that all those people around, let him collapse face first into his vomit and lie there for some time.

I wonder if CrossFit will help him barf even farther across broad time and modal domains? Maybe even hit the people milling around the back next time.
In all seriousness though, wow!

I don't think I would processed the situation for a good 5 minutes.
I"m at a powerlifting meet. Check
THere is a guy squatting. Check
THat guy just projectile vommitted everywhere while squatting. check
Error, start sequence over
THat would have gone on for a while before I could even move. Breathing might be difficult as well.
Its a bit sad that all those people around, let him collapse face first into his vomit and lie there for some time.
This brings up the question, who could have stopped him from falling forwards? Further, once he fell in his own vomit, what rush would there be to pick his 250+ pound body up? He was already dirty, another few seconds of lying there wouldn't make anything much worse.
