Behold, a thread about whether "studies show" that Sheaffer's advice not to eat carbs at night is correct.

How irretrievably ghey.

Since Lyle's nutswingers are all over this, I think they should really take up JP on his suggestion to "voice your concern to me in person." Funny how they're such tough guys online but now that he's offered a physical solution to the argument he hasn't got any takers.

And yes, if JP gives them a beatdown, I'd consider that at least partially winning the argument.
