Hello, I found a book named "Eat right for your type", http://www.dadamo.com/

there are some really interesting theory's in it, so I thought to ask for another opinion.

What's Your Type?

In many ways, we are what we inherit.

Jenny has her father's brown eyes and her mother's straight hair. She will grow to five feet, five inches tall. But Jenny's height won't tell her how well she'll be able to digest and absorb one food over another. Her brown eyes can't tell her what disease susceptibilities she may need to watch out for. And her hair texture won't tell her the best ways to keep her body energetic, healthy and strong as she ages.

There is one genetic bio marker that will tell Jenny all these things and more: her Blood Type.

The blood type diet has been thoroughly debunked. Not gonna bother to post links cause well, it should be obvious.

+1 for "it's garbage". The author suggests that type A came about 15,000 years ago when humans converted mostly to an agrarian culture and that the type grew out of consuming agricultural foods. Well, gorrillas and chimps have the same blood types as we do (excepting AB), with gorillas being predominantly type 0 and chimps being predominantly type A (I don't think I've ever seen a chimp tilling a field unless it was for a carton of cigarettes and a banana). In this light, his theory is obvious nonsense.
