Fresh milk isn't a viable option where I live so i'm on the long life stuff.
I just noticed 1 litre has 840mg of sodium. Should I be concerned if i'm drinking 4 litres of the stuff a day?

On the other side of the coin it's 30+ degrees here most days so i'm always sweating my nuts off.

My intuition says that you shouldn't worry about it. GOMAD is a phase that will last only a few weeks, maybe a couple of months, and extra sodium won't kill you that quickly. Also, recommended daily allowances are usually crafted for the "average" person and don't usually reflect what is good for a growing lifter.
