posted is the link to my youtube videos. I am adding videos weekly of the kids that I train. watching these videos will give you a good understanding as to how we train and the philsophy of the system. the workouts that you see the kids doing are the same exact workouts that I do as well Mazza, we just use more tension and bar weight.
He posted the link: http://www.youtube.com/my_videos which of course will take the user to their own youtube videos, if they have an account.

Old news.... Just ignore the guy. The kids have internet at home, and they're bound to find out that what their coach is doing is retarded sooner or later. If they read up on strength training, but still do what their coach tell them to do, then they deserve it. I mean, c'mon, they gotta have SOME common sense!
EDIT: Also, the forum's been dead for half a year.

I had a heard a little about him before, and not in a good way. I just assumed it was some guy using too much band tension so didn't bother to check it out; morons can be morons for all I care.
But after reading this thread I decided to see what the fuss was about, so I checked out his Youtube vidoes... AND THEY'RE ALL ONE HUNDRED TIMES WORSE THAN MY LOWEST POSSIBLE EXPECTATION!!! Christ, what an utter bell-end that Joe Average guy is. Skinny twigs half squatting 220lbs in full powerlifting gear and bands?
It's unfortunate that his 'athletes' are so young and impressionable.
