I've destroyed my training and have lost plenty of squatting and pulling strength so I'm not going to be competing in the USAPL American Open. I was wondering if anyone else is still thinking of going. I'd make the trip to meet up and lend support.

Don't get all huffy, my post's implication was simply that the pulling out technique is ineffective. I was correcting ILifeAlone's post for accuracy.

I should have made it clear in my statement that the method of pulling out is effective because girlfriends take the pill every day (it is also assumed that girlfriends are honest about this).

Once again, I should have clarified even further that I was referring to women in my age group, under 30. Therefore, pulling out with a girlfriend who is assumed to be honestly taking the pill as prescribed, and who also has yet to reach the biological ticking clock years, remains a rather effective method.

And why is that? It has always been working for me. I used the method with great succes for years, right until we decided to have a baby and I didn't pull as usual. Got my baby as ordered in first shot. And you call that ineffective?

14 years of successfully avoiding pregnancy by pulling out followed by a baby on the first shot when we decided it was time. Seems like a little more than luck.

I guess there is the slightest of chances that pulling out wont work, but id rather take that small chance than have bad sex with a condom that could just as easily break.
