Anyone have a recommendation for a hotel in Vegas that has a good gym (ie: squat rack) ??

Something tells me I'm not going to find one w/ a squat rack but it can't hurt to ask.

Thanks !

GO TO BROZ'S GYM.

DO IT.

It's right by the airport.

You'd have to ask him, probably not too much. You might meet Pat Mendes.

You could always try going to the pool and squatting with some girls on your back, god willing.

They can probably be hired by the hour for that. They might be willing to spot you on the bench press, too.

You mean they can probably hire YOU to give them the thrill of being hoisted up and down over head. They should be so lucky.

Tried that before, that argument never works.

Do like the tobacco companies and give out free samples. Once they get a taste for it they're yours to charge whatever you want.

That one really doesn't work.

Come on man, if there was ever a time to lay off the routine for a couple days it's when you spontaneously start smoking and drinking 25 adult beverages per day.

Go to Little Darlings and climb the pole or something. Get a room at Aria and ask to be as far from the elevator as possible. Refuse to rent a car or pay for cabs and "check out Stratosphere."

A few days of being a derelict will remind you why you lift.

Don't go to the gym. Go to the spa. It's Vegas baby.

PRs don't mix with whores and cocaine IMHO.

I just got back from The Mirage. They have a Cardio Center with about 30 treadmills and nothing else. I asked the attendant if they had any barbells, he said No. I asked him if I could use one of the treadmills as my weights. He didn't even crack a smile and said No.

They all suck. Broz gym is only open a few hours a day; I have the hours & address--PM me if you want them. Otherwise, most Globos here have one squat rack that is never being used.

If you're looking for tennis, Club Sport Green Valley has 10 or so indoor courts, 2 squat racks, and a bar(not barbell).

Not true. They have a fitness center in the spa that has dumbells up to about 80# and the small, fixed weight barbells, also a dip stand and a couple places to do pullups. I was there last month. The cardio center is a different place, it is right next to the enterance to the pool.

PS My dad assured me that they had a "squat rack." I managed to fit my belt and squat shoes in my carry-on, and was fired up to squat. Then I got in there and found out it was a smith machine, instead.

Don't know anything about the cocaine.

But the whores were top-notch. :D
