goheavy.com - pretty active but horrible horrible UI, no idea why they don't use normal forum software
weightliftingexchange.com - somewhat active
p-menu
bodybuilding.com has an oly section that is decently active

Power and Bulk collapsed their various sub-forums a while back, but they still have some OLY discussion in their one remaining sub-forum for the iron sports.
