I'm just getting into these. I was reading Act of Treason last night and there was a short paragraph describing guys whose shoulders hunch forward because they do too much benching and curling and not enough back exercises. I'm pretty sure I invented a new chapter in a dream where Rip was telling Rapp how to train. (Rip, Rapp, coincidence?)

Any other Vince Flynn fans here?
