How to obtain Starting Strength in Canada?

I was able to purchase Practical Programming through the Aasgaard Company but Starting Strength is only available in the US. How can Canadians purchase a copy of the Starting Strength book?

We no longer have SS: 1st Edition listed on Aasgaard because the only remaining copies are of the spiral bound edition. The perfect bound edition could be shipped for 8.55 (Can/Mex) or 10.45 (most other countries). The spiral bound is more and varies with country -- 16.44 (Can) and 22.80 (UK). SS can still be purchased from Amazon.com. If you find that shipping through Amazon is greater than from us, please contact us and we will make special arrangements.

My advice is to wait a couple more weeks for the 2nd edition, Basic Barbell Training, available for pre-order at a discount now.
