I?m back too firehand?s at the "old GM board" didn?t wisit it for a while, but a week or so ago when i tried it was gone :(,well hope people will find they way here.

Can I ask you guys how you schedule in grip training around your regular strength training? How long do your sessions usually last?

Hi Keenan,
I usually tried to train my grip training the on the same day I train pull exercises, or the day after, but never the day before. I've found that if I my grip hard i'm all but useless in pull exercises the next day. I do active recovery and greasing the groove on days when I don't have a full grip workout.
My grip training sessions usually last a combined total of 40-50 minutes, although that's usually broken down into 5, 5, 30-40(includes wrist training/levering). Sometimes I do kettlebell levering for a while.
